I've been an addict since 2006 and have been through EVERYTHING. Attempted abstinence, military, jail, Methadone and ultimately maybe 20 Suboxone/Meth clinics that made it so difficult to stay in the program that I would leave. I was in one that you would talk to a DR on a screen in Washington state, so with the 3 hour difference, you wouldn't get your medicine until LATE that night or about 24 hours later. Great for an addict, right? Wrong. This place is SUPER caring, it's quick, they'll see that you're comfortable, take care of you on an individual basis and the counselors are nicer and more understanding than most of my family members. The counselor I have, and I want to name her by name: Chrissy at the Rosedale center is an absolute angel. I have SEVERE anxiety on top of SEVERE addiction to opiate. She calls on off days just to check up on me. She's just... amazing. Throughout my years as an addict, I've built up counter-interrogation tactics in attempts to always get what I want with ER's, doctors, etc, but this place is so welcoming and wanting to help, it's the first place I've relaxed and just followed the program. Chrissy, basically along with my mom, are the only two people who my counter-Intel methods are no match. Sometimes when I just want to leave, she'll ask questions that make me want to just sit back and answer, and we'll talk from 30-60 minutes sometimes.

From the first day I went there this day of new my name knew how much methadone I was getting, they were kind informative, and if I had a problem the owners were right there I could call them at any moment even during the day, I am so happy to be going to this Clinic it is clean every morning they have coffee tea decaf coffee candy they really take care of their clients they are not judgmental as I've heard of other Clinic. If you're considering going to a methadone clinic this is the one to go to.p

Sometimes a little compassion and understanding can make all the difference in the outcome of something! Which is what the owner Chuck has, compassion and understanding! Compassion of a disease and understanding of how dangerous and delicate the littlest thing(s) can be in an addicts life! What a life is worth to some people sadly may only go as far as the minute hand on a punch-out clock. Not with Chuck, to him a life worth saving is much more precious than a 30seconds behind schedule! y if I wasn’t as strong as I am today in my recovery..I doubt y’all would even be reading this...I got through the night & walked in with my head held high today not saying a word all because someone showed compassion & understanding for a struggling addict like myself! Thank you Chuck

The owners are very nice and understanding though there have been issues I’ve been going there over a year not once had a hot or dirty urine I manage my career and all and my car broke and I got the flu tried to call my counselor 2x to no evalail but the issue is I live like 40 minutes away and I was told I go a week straight again, everyday I’ll get my take homes back ok np..I go Friday and get some till Monday I go back Monday and got my take homes taken away again still not fixed now I’m being made to choose between my sobriety and my job. I was told a week and a week was Saturday just saying. And what was up with Friday getting them. And not once in a year have I used or had a dirty urine. But there making it impossible to stay on the program at thIs point.

I've been with RTS since opening day June 2016 and was one of the first 6 on the program. The staff was small at first and treatment is on an individual needs basis the center has grown to 2 locations and a large staff and still the personalization and care in treatment is exactlt the same. Professional and caring never will you be treated like a number or statistic. Real people who care for the addicted seeing and treating us like the humans we are. Amazing place to work!! Staff truly care about the patients. I've never worked with an agency where staff are treated so good by management. I love my job :)

I had left a bad review when i first became a patient, i was having some problems that i felt were not being addressed, but i can say the owner saw my review, met with me and listened to what i had to say and the program is awesome. I've been on a few programs, and this one by far is the only one that has ever treated me like a real person. I highly recommend going here if you're in need of treatment.

Medical treatment within an hour of arrival. Intake process is seamless and thorough. Staff is friendly and the facility has a home-like feel. Looking forward to continuing treatment in the days and weeks to come.

I'm a client here and this is as good as a treatment clinic good possibly be in every area they blow it away I would highly recommend this to anyway considering medication assisted treatment.

This is by far the best program I've ever been in the staff is awesome and they treat you like a person never looking down on you im one of the first 100 patients and recommend this treatment facility to anyone that needs help with opiates. The other programs i have attended never really did anything but dose me my methadone but rts actually cares about their patients im going 2 years strong with rts and I am very happy that i decided to join their program. The counselors are very understanding and helpful.if you live in the Baltimore county area and need help i highly recommend rts for your recovery. Can't argue with same-day intake and first dosing! Relatively new facility, all the nurses know me by name and number, and you feel like the counselors really care and take the time to really know you and your situation. Plus there is rarely a line when you're just getting your regular dose.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a treatment center in Baltimore county and intake takes less than an hour!!!

Started with them over 10 months ago, and the staff have consistently been very friendly, professional, and supportive. Never had a bad experience, and I'm really gonna miss them when I've moved on. If you need help, please seek it out regardless of where you get it. That being said, Riverside is a top choice.

Very patient and kind. Not ever once felt uncomfortable, not even during my intake. Great people! EVERYONE is encouraging from The beautiful receptionist to the beautiful window nurses to the DR. to the owners! I love this treatment center! I recommend Riverside Treatment Center to EVERY I addict I know. Matter of fact I have at least 5 friends whom were struggling to get help to this program. I'm on the Zubsolv program, have friends on the Suboxin and others on the Methadone program here. Thank You Riverside. You help me save my life❤

Definitely the best treatment facility I've been to. I'm really glad I found this place. It's clean, the staff is friendly, I feel like they genuinely care about the people there. There's no drama and what I like the most is there's not people hanging all around the outside selling this and that! Great place! I would recommend this to anyone!
